Proper updates

It has been brouth to our attention that we are still having trouble with being properly updated on your cases and properly updating and documenting appointments that are not met, whether thru NOSHOW or refusal.
We need to have status in our office by 8AM every morning. There is no excuse that updates cannot be given by 8AM because we have fax machines on that you can leave your updates on.
